Nothing is deleted
If a plan lapses, your pages stay read and your bots stay built. The bubble just stops appearing until you come back.
Run out of answers?
We email you at 80% and again at 100%. At the limit the bubble goes quiet until your month resets — or buy a top-up of questions and it's back straight away.
Billed monthly
Cancel whenever you like. You keep everything until the date you have paid up to.
Questions people actually ask
Is there a free plan?
Plans can come with a free trial — each card shows its length and limits. Starting one asks you to authorise payment; nothing is charged until it ends.
What counts as an answer?
One reply from the bubble to one visitor question. Counted across your whole account, not per bot. Questions refused for abuse don't count.
Do you support Hindi and other languages?
A visitor can ask in Hindi and get an answer built from your English page. We are still testing this, so treat it as beta rather than a promise.
What if my site has 5,000 pages?
Most don't need all of them read. Point us at the sections that answer questions and talk to us about the rest.
Who owns the conversations?
You do. Question logs are deleted after 90 days; a visitor's conversation is kept so they can pick it up again — write to us to have it erased.
