I run Tailwebs, a product development company in Bengaluru. Our clients kept telling us the same thing: their website brought visitors, but the enquiries went nowhere - a form nobody filled in, a question asked at 11 pm and answered the next afternoon. TailGPT is what we built for them: an agent that answers from the business's own pages, says so when it doesn't know, and asks the interested visitor for a number. We run it on our own website first.
