Most Indian business websites already answer the questions their visitors ask. The delivery time is on the delivery page, the fee is on the fees page, the returns window is somewhere in the FAQ. The visitor can't find it, so they leave — or they WhatsApp you, and somebody on your team types out by hand what the website already said.

TailGPT reads the pages you choose and answers from them. That's the whole idea, and everything else follows from it.

The opinion

A chatbot that invents an answer is worse than no chatbot. A confident wrong price is a refund and a lost customer; silence is merely unhelpful. So ours answers from your pages, and when they don't cover the question it says exactly that. No guessing from general knowledge, no filling gaps with something plausible.

The questions it couldn't answer are counted and shown to you, because they are the most useful list your website will ever produce: the things your customers want to know and your site doesn't say.

What that means in practice

You choose which pages are read, and you can change that whenever your site changes. Nothing is deleted behind your back — closing an account stops it working, it doesn't erase your work. Your content isn't used to train anybody's model. What we keep of your visitors' questions, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
