How it works
Four steps. You only do three of them.
No intents to define, no flow chart to draw. Your website is the source.
You paste your URL
We follow your sitemap, or follow the links if you don't have one. Product pages, FAQs, policy pages, the About page you wrote in 2019 — all of it gets listed so you can see what we found.
| Page | Title | Ticked |
|---|---|---|
| /shipping | Shipping & delivery | Yes |
| /returns | Returns & refunds | Yes |
| /products/kurta-set | Handloom kurta set | Yes |
| /blog/diwali-2019 | Diwali sale 2019 | No |
You approve what it may read
This is the only decision that matters, so we make you make it. Untick a page and it is not in the bot's head at all — not de-prioritised, not “less likely” — from the next time we read your site. Pick a job — support, sales or FAQ — or write your own instructions for its tone.
You can also upload PDFs, Word documents and text files that aren't on your site yet. Most people start with the three answers they type out every week.
Extra instructions
“Warm and brief. When someone asks about sizing, point them to the size guide.”
You paste one line back
Works on Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Framer, or a site your cousin built in 2016. If you can edit the theme's footer, you can install it.
Its name, colour, logo, greeting and which corner it sits in are yours to set.

Re-read your site whenever it changes — your plan includes re-reads every month — so a price change on Monday is a correct answer on Monday. Every conversation is stored against the page it used, and the misses are collected separately.
- Website re-reads
- On demand, a set number a month
- Answer source shown
- Always
- Unanswered questions
- Counted on your dashboard
What it will not do
Invent a price
If the number isn't on an approved page, there is no number in the answer.
Take an order
It answers and it hands off. It does not touch your checkout or your CRM.
Train on your content
Your pages are used to answer your visitors. They don't go into anyone's model.
Questions people ask us
What happens when my pages do not cover the question?
It says so, in a sentence, and stops. It will not answer from general knowledge, guess at your prices, or invent a returns policy - which is the entire point. The Home page counts those questions for you, because they are a list of things worth adding to your website.
I changed my website. Does the chatbot know?
Not until you read it again. Open Websites, adjust the ticked pages if you need to, and read it - a few minutes later the chatbot answers from the new content.
Which pages should I choose?
The ones a customer would ask about: prices, delivery, returns, opening hours, what you actually sell. Blog archives and press pages add reading time without adding answers.
Does it work on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, plain HTML?
Anywhere you can add one script tag, which is all of those. There is no plugin to install and nothing to keep updated.
Will it slow my site down?
The script loads after your page and the bubble draws itself; nothing waits on us. If we are unreachable, your page is exactly as it was.
Can I have more than one chatbot?
Yes, from the same website - a support agent and a sales agent, say. Each has its own snippet, so you can put a different one on different pages.
