TailGPT has no medical knowledge of its own: it can only repeat what your pages say. Tick the pages about your practice - timings, fees, doctors, location - and leave out pages that give health advice. When your ticked pages don't cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

Will TailGPT give medical advice to my patients?

TailGPT answers only from the pages you tick, never from general knowledge. Tick your practice pages and leave out health-advice pages, and it sticks to timings, fees, doctors and location. When a question isn't covered, it says so instead of guessing.

Can TailGPT book appointments for my clinic?

No. TailGPT takes the patient's name, phone number and the time they asked for, and your front desk confirms the slot. It doesn't connect to a calendar or booking system.

Is it safe to put TailGPT on a clinic website?

TailGPT answers only from your approved pages, refuses attempts to give it orders, and loads only on your own website. Anything a patient types is kept with their conversation, so the greeting can ask them not to share medical details in the chat. TailGPT doesn't train any AI model on your content.
